Inviting Users

Bring your team into Scorecard.biz to collaborate on metrics.

Inviting New Users

  • Go to SettingsTeam
  • Click Invite Users
  • Enter email addresses (one per line or comma-separated)
  • Select default role
  • Click Send Invitations
  • Invitation Process

  • User receives email invitation
  • Clicks link to accept
  • Signs in with Google or Microsoft
  • Joins your organization
  • Invitation Status

    • Pending: Sent but not accepted
    • Accepted: User has joined
    • Expired: Link expired (7 days)

    Resend expired invitations from the team settings.

    Bulk Invitations

    For many users:

  • Click Bulk Invite
  • Upload CSV with emails and roles
  • Preview and send
  • Domain Auto-Join

    Allow anyone with your email domain to join:

  • Go to SettingsSecurity
  • Enable Domain Auto-Join
  • Enter your domain (e.g., company.com)
  • New users with matching email join automatically
  • Tips

    • Start with a small pilot group
    • Provide context in invitation message
    • Follow up with onboarding guidance
    • Assign roles appropriately from the start
