Creating Scorecards

Three Ways to Create

Scorecard Settings

Visibility

  • Public: Visible to all organization members
  • Secret: Only visible to users with explicit access

Frequency

Choose how often data is updated:

  • Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly

Default Period Count

How many periods to show by default (e.g., 6 months, 12 weeks).

Managing Scorecards

  • Edit: Update name, description, and settings
  • Archive: Hide from active view (can be restored)
  • Retire: Mark as no longer in use
  • Delete: Permanently remove (use with caution)
