Data Not Syncing
Integration data not updating? Here's how to diagnose and fix.
Check Integration Status
Go to Settings → Integrations
Find the integration
Check the status indicator:
- 🟢 Green: Working
- 🟡 Yellow: Warning
- 🔴 Red: Error
Common Issues
Authorization Expired
OAuth tokens expire periodically:
Click Reconnect
Re-authorize the integration
Data should sync againRate Limiting
Too many requests:
Check sync frequency settings
Reduce to hourly or daily
Wait for limit to resetField Mapping Issues
Data not appearing in right metrics:
Review field mappings
Check data types match
Update mappings if source changedSource Data Missing
Integration connected but no data:
Verify data exists in source system
