Data Not Syncing

Integration data not updating? Here's how to diagnose and fix.

Check Integration Status

  • Go to SettingsIntegrations
  • Find the integration
  • Check the status indicator:
  • - 🟢 Green: Working

    - 🟡 Yellow: Warning

    - 🔴 Red: Error

    Common Issues

    Authorization Expired

    OAuth tokens expire periodically:

  • Click Reconnect
  • Re-authorize the integration
  • Data should sync again
  • Rate Limiting

    Too many requests:

  • Check sync frequency settings
  • Reduce to hourly or daily
  • Wait for limit to reset
  • Field Mapping Issues

    Data not appearing in right metrics:

  • Review field mappings
  • Check data types match
  • Update mappings if source changed
  • Source Data Missing

    Integration connected but no data:

  • Verify data exists in source system
  • Check date range filters
  • Confirm permissions in source
  • Manual Sync

    Force an immediate sync:

  • Go to integration settings
  • Click Sync Now
  • Watch for errors
  • Viewing Sync Logs

  • Go to integration settings
  • Click View Logs
  • See recent sync attempts
  • Review error messages
  • Getting Help

    If issues persist:

  • Note the error message
  • Check sync logs
  • Contact support with details
