Quick solutions to errors you might encounter.

"Permission Denied"

You don't have access to this resource:

  • Request access from the owner
  • Contact your admin for role upgrade
  • Verify you're in the right organization

"Metric Not Found"

The metric was deleted or moved:

  • Check if it was archived
  • Look in different scorecards
  • Ask the owner

"Value Out of Range"

Entered value seems incorrect:

  • Check the unit (thousands vs actual)
  • Verify decimal placement
  • Confirm with data source

"Formula Error"

Calculated metric can't compute:

  • Check all referenced metrics exist
  • Ensure no division by zero
  • Verify formula syntax

"Period Locked"

Can't edit data for this period:

  • Period has been finalized
  • Contact admin to unlock if needed
  • Enter data for current period instead

"Rate Limit Exceeded"

Too many requests:

  • Wait a few minutes
  • Reduce automation frequency
  • Contact support for limits increase

"Session Expired"

Your login has timed out:

  • Sign in again
  • Check "Remember me" option
  • Session length set by admin

"Import Failed"

File couldn't be processed:

  • Check file format (CSV, Excel)
  • Verify column headers
  • Look for special characters
  • Try smaller file
