Having trouble signing in? Here are solutions to common problems.
"Account not found"
This means no account exists with that email:
Check you're using the correct email
You may need an invitation from your admin
Try a different sign-in method (Google vs Microsoft)"Access denied"
Your account exists but access is restricted:
Contact your organization admin
Check if your account was deactivated

Ensure pop-ups are allowed
Clear browser cookies
Try incognito mode
