Login Issues

Having trouble signing in? Here are solutions to common problems.

"Account not found"

This means no account exists with that email:

  • Check you're using the correct email
  • You may need an invitation from your admin
  • Try a different sign-in method (Google vs Microsoft)
  • "Access denied"

    Your account exists but access is restricted:

  • Contact your organization admin
  • Check if your account was deactivated
  • Verify you're accessing the right organization
  • OAuth Errors

    Google Sign-In Failed

  • Ensure pop-ups are allowed
  • Clear browser cookies
  • Try incognito mode
  • Check Google account status
  • Microsoft Sign-In Failed

  • Verify your Microsoft account works
  • Check if your organization allows external apps
  • Contact IT if using corporate account
  • Session Expired

    If you're logged out unexpectedly:

  • Sign in again
  • Check "Remember me" if available
  • Session timeout may be configured by admin
  • Two Sessions Limit

    Scorecard.biz limits to 2 active sessions:

  • Sign out from other devices
  • Go to Settings → Sessions
  • Remove old sessions

  • Try a different browser
  • Check your internet connection
