Metrics Library

The Metrics page is your central hub for managing all metrics in your organization.

Accessing the Metrics Library

Click Metrics in the main navigation to see all your metrics.

Filtering Metrics

Use the filter tabs to view different sets of metrics:

• All: Shows every metric in your organization
• Assigned: Metrics that are attached to at least one scorecard
• Unassigned: Metrics that haven't been added to any scorecard yet

Key Information

Each metric row shows:

• Metric name and description
• Scorecards: Which scorecards the metric is attached to
• Current value: The most recent data
• Target: The goal you're working toward
• Progress: Visual progress bar
• Status: RAG indicator (Red, Amber, Green)

Actions

From the Metrics page you can:

• Search: Find metrics by name or description
• Duplicate: Create a copy of any metric
• Delete: Remove metrics you no longer need
• Click to view: See full metric details and history

Attaching Metrics to Scorecards

Metrics can be shared across multiple scorecards:

Open a scorecard

Navigate to the section where you want the metric

Click Add More Metrics

Select from your existing unassigned metrics or create new ones
